  • Digital Delivery: All products are delivered electronically (via email or digital download link). We do not send physical CDs or vinyl unless explicitly offered and agreed.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Pricing: The price for a custom song package is £49 (or as listed on our site at the time of your order).

  • Upfront Payment: Full payment is required when you place your order so we can begin crafting your custom song.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for making sure all names, details, and special instructions you submit are accurate.

3. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery times will be stated on our website during checkout.

  • We aim to deliver every order on time. However, giftsong4u.com is not liable for minor delays caused by incomplete customer information or unforeseen technical issues.

4. Revisions & Tweaks

  • We want you to love your custom song!

  • Minor Revisions: If we make a clear mistake (such as mispronouncing a name or leaving out a key detail you requested), we will fix it free of charge.

  • Major Changes: Rewriting the song completely or adding major new details after work has started may incur an extra fee.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Bespoke Digital Products: Because every song is uniquely custom-made for you and delivered digitally, all sales are final once creation has begun.

  • Under UK consumer laws for bespoke/personalized digital content, standard 14-day cooling-off/cancellation rights do not apply once work on your custom song starts.

  • If you need to cancel, you must contact us immediately after ordering. If work has not yet started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Copyright & How You Can Use Your Song

  • Personal Use License: You own a personal, non-exclusive license to play, stream, share with friends and family, and post your song on personal social media accounts.

  • Commercial Rights: The underlying copyright of the music and lyrics remains with giftsong4u.com. You may not sell the song, use it in commercial ads, release it on Spotify/Apple Music as your own work, or use it for paid projects without our written permission.
